Annie acted as our realtor for our first house purchase in the USA (we are British) and was fantastic! She took time to explain the process and was always available to answer our questions. Despite what she was doing (including vacationing!), she would put us first and move mountains to make our house purchase happen. When things did not go to plan, she would pursue the people we needed until they delivered what was required. Excellent attention to detail and went the extra (5) miles for us at every stage from house hunting, negotiating, through purchase. Highly recommend!

Thank you so much for everything you've done for us. I've learned so much from you, not just about the housing market, but also in improving my speaking skills and stepping out of my comfort zone. To me, having a friend like you means more than buying this house. That said, I truly love this house, and I know we couldn't have made it happen without your help. Thinking back to the first day we met, I was struck by your knowledge, your rigorous approach, and the kindness in your expression. In that moment, I knew you were the one we were looking for. Thank you for everything, Annie!

We interviewed a handful of realtors before we selected Annie. We were very impressed with Annie's true depth of knowledge regarding the current market situation in our town and her personal knowledge of the individual properties that would be our competition as we went to market, What impressed us the most were her insights as to what was unique about our home, property and location vs. other homes on the market as well as recent sales that would be comps for our listing. She took these insights and crafted a logical and aggressive pricing and marketing strategy that allowed us to step out from behind the formulaic price and square foot comparisons...
